Gina Mascarenhas manages PR, social media and internal communications for Antal International, India. She supervises media relations, seeking presence across print, online and electronic media. She manages media queries and creates content for press releases, authored articles, newsletters, corporate brochures and sector bulletins. She also manages internal communications for India in the areas of brand identity, website and intranet.
Gina is a postgraduate and holds a diploma in PR and Advertising. Prior to joining Antal she worked with HANMER MSL for two years where she dealt with clients such as ACC Cement, Eureka Forbes, Loop Mobile, What’s On India and Bharti Airtel DTH.
Jheel Kacharia handles franchise sales and marketing in the Antal International Network. Over the last nine years she has accumulated diverse experience in the fields of branding, marketing, digital marketing and business development. In her career she has worked with eminent brands like Mahindra and Mahindra, The Leela Palaces, and Nahar group.
She completed a degree in Communication Management and an MA in English Literature. As a professional she brushed up her organisational skills at Harvard through a mentor manager course. She recently completed a certification course in Digital Marketing.
Shinu Javed: Shinu was one of the first consultants to work with Antal International's first franchisee in India and built a business unit where she specialised in placing sales and marketing professionals. Shinu was moved into the role of Franchise Training Manager – India in March 2012. In June 2015, Shinu was appointed as Franchise Training Director.
In her current role, Shinu takes on greater responsibility with respect to training, supporting offices on revenue generation, training and consultant certification programmes, franchise sales support and several other areas.
Mithila Wakode is our Franchise Training Coordinator. She is responsible for working with new consultants across offices, training and coaching them in best practices of Antal, and setting them on the road to be profitable.
Mithila started her career as a Life Adviser with Kotak Life Insurance at Mumbai in 2007, and received multiple awards from Kotak Life Insurance for many consecutive years. She has a Master's degree from Middlesex University, London, and has worked with Marks and Spencer and The Bread Factory as Assistant HR Manager. These experiences have positioned her uniquely within the Antal India Support Team.
